Privacy policy
Your privacy
Short version: the website needs nothing from you, and the Telegram bot keeps only what it needs to send your alerts. We don’t sell data, we don’t show ads, and you can delete everything.

On the website
- You don’t need an account, and we use no advertising or tracking cookies.
- We count visits with Umami, a privacy-friendly tool that uses no cookies and doesn’t store your IP address: we see totals such as how many people opened a product page, not who you are.
- If you tick your cards on the offers page, that choice is saved only in your own browser. It is never sent to us.
- What you type in search is used to answer the search.
In the Telegram bot
When you use @Savobdbot we store:
- your Telegram ID, first name and chosen language;
- the products and hotel stays you track, with your target prices;
- links you send from shops we can’t follow yet (for other kinds of links, only the website name);
- messages you send with /feedback.
We use this only to send your alerts and to decide which shops to add next.
Who sees it
Only the people who run SAVO. We don’t sell, rent or share personal data. It is stored on our own server; nightly backups are kept on the server for 14 days, with copies in a private, access-controlled folder.
Your choices
- Send /delete to the bot and everything it stores about you is removed at once.
- Stop tracking any product from /mytracks.
- Ask us what we hold about you, or to correct it: send /feedback to @Savobdbot.
Shops, banks and links
When you click through to a shop, booking site or bank, their own privacy policy applies. We don’t pass your details to them.
Children
SAVO is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and say so on the site and in the bot before it applies.
